Manchester United's midfield maestro Bruno Fernandes has attracted the attentions of two European powerhouses and Saudi Arabia's deep pockets, according to reports emerging this week.

The Red Devils captain's future has been the subject of persistent whispers throughout the season. Last summer, he rejected lucrative Saudi Arabian proposals to remain at Old Trafford, having previously indicated he would only depart if the club deemed it necessary.

That stance appeared to have settled matters at United, particularly following a tactical overhaul that saw Fernandes shift from a deeper midfield berth into the more familiar No.10 position within a three-man setup.
