Tottenham are plotting an ambitious summer overhaul after their dramatic escape from the Premier League drop, with multiple targets already identified as the club seeks to avoid another season-long survival battle.

Having scraped past the relegation line with a 1-0 victory over Everton on the final day—finishing two points clear of West Ham, who went down—Spurs are now moving decisively in the transfer market to strengthen their squad. The north London outfit have already secured free transfers for Liverpool's Andy Robertson and Bournemouth's Marco Senesi, both due to arrive on July 1.

Fabrizio Romano has now confirmed that Manchester City winger Savinho represents Spurs' third major acquisition, with negotiations progressing positively. The Italian transfer guru revealed that Tottenham believe Savinho is keen on the switch, whilst City are willing to consider offers should an attractive proposal materialise.

The club's ambitions don't stop there. Belgian media outlet Het Laatste Nieuws reports that Tottenham are monitoring Union Saint-Gilloise's Anan Khalaili, with the Israeli right wing-back's departure viewed as highly probable. A fee of around €25m (£21m) is anticipated, a sum the Spurs hierarchy appear prepared to meet without flinching.

Dinamo Zagreb's Sergi Dominguez has also caught Tottenham's eye, according to reporting from Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla and Spanish outlet Sport. The former Barcelona academy product's exit from Croatia is described as virtually inevitable, with Spurs potentially acquiring him for approximately €9m (£8m).

There's also the intriguing possibility of Manor Solomon returning to the fold. The winger spent the previous campaign on loan across Italian and Spanish football, but his agent Gilad Katsav has made clear his desire to see Solomon reintegrated at Tottenham under Roberto De Zerbi. Katsav indicated that an announcement regarding Solomon's future could come imminently, emphasising that the winger deserves another opportunity at the club.
