Klopp's Vinicius Ultimatum Could Unlock Chelsea's Fernandez at Real Madrid

Real Madrid appear ready to entertain a player-exchange arrangement with Chelsea centred on Enzo Fernandez, provided Vinicius Junior forms part of the outgoing package, according to reports emerging this week.

The situation at the Bernabéu has shifted dramatically in recent days. Xabi Alonso was dismissed following Sunday's Spanish Super Cup final defeat to Barcelona, a 3-2 loss that compounded Real Madrid's struggles in La Liga, where they trail their rivals by four points. Allegations of dressing room unrest had already begun circulating before the decision to remove Alonso was made.
