Klopp's Real Madrid Demands: Bellingham Exit and Four Summer Signings Required

Real Madrid face a significant restructuring bill if they are to lure Jurgen Klopp to the Bernabéu this summer, with the former Liverpool manager reportedly laying down strict conditions for his arrival.

The Spanish giants parted ways with Xabi Alonso following their Spanish Super Cup final defeat to Barcelona in January, swiftly installing Álvaro Arbeloa as his successor. However, speculation has already mounted over who might occupy the hot seat come the close season, with Klopp, José Mourinho of Benfica, and Unai Emery of Aston Villa all linked.

Fabrizio Romano confirmed in January that Klopp remains in Florentino Pérez's thinking, though stressed no agreement has been reached. "Real Madrid have not pre-agreed anything with any coach for the summer," Romano stated on his YouTube channel. "Zinedine Zidane will always be in his heart, but Zidane already has a verbal agreement with the French national team." The transfer expert added that while Klopp is "super-appreciated internally" at the club, "nothing is pre-agreed" at this stage.

Now Spanish outlet Fichajes claims Klopp has attached substantial demands to any potential move. The German coach is willing to consider the role but only if Los Blancos satisfy a comprehensive list of sporting requirements.

Klopp's shopping list includes two centre-backs and two midfielders, with the promotion of Endrick to the senior squad also deemed non-negotiable. The club hierarchy is understood to view these demands as reasonable given current squad deficiencies.

More strikingly, Klopp has identified two players whose departures he considers essential. England international Bellingham tops the exit list, with the manager unconvinced the midfielder warrants his prominent position and the preferential treatment afforded to him. "From the German manager's perspective, Bellingham's bubble seems to have burst," the report states. "Klopp doesn't doubt his talent, but believes his actual impact doesn't justify his central role in the team or the leniency with which his poor performances are being treated."

French midfielder Eduardo Camavinga represents the second target for the door. Fichajes suggests Klopp views Camavinga's recent form as inconsistent and lacking the tactical reliability his system demands.

Whether Madrid's hierarchy will sanction such a radical overhaul—particularly the sale of a marquee signing like Bellingham—remains to be seen. For now, Arbeloa holds the reins, though the summer window promises considerable intrigue at the Bernabéu.
