Speaking on his podcast, Crouch—himself a former Tottenham player—believes the hosts will prevail with a 2-0 scoreline. He acknowledged that Richarlison's availability could prove significant to Spurs' chances, suggesting the Brazilian's presence would strengthen the visitors considerably. However, Crouch felt Carrick's current momentum gives United the edge, particularly given the discontent among Tottenham's fanbase with recent home performances.

The Sunday showdown between Liverpool and second-placed Manchester City presents a more evenly-matched affair in Crouch's estimation. Despite the Reds' indifferent campaign that has left them sixth, Crouch foresees a 2-2 draw, a scoreline he claims has been serving him well in his predictions. He also tipped Hugo Ekitike to open the scoring.

Crouch drew parallels between Ekitike's recent displays and peak Fernando Torres, praising the forward's ability to slow defenders before exploding past them—a quality he specifically recalled Torres demonstrating against Rio Ferdinand at Anfield.

Liverpool manager Arne Slot acknowledged City's continued potency ahead of Sunday's encounter.
