Ugarte's Galatasaray Switch Takes Shape

The situation with Ugarte presents a different story entirely. The £50m signing has proven a substantial disappointment since arriving at Old Trafford, and his exit appears increasingly probable.

The midfielder has reached personal terms with Turkish outfit Galatasaray, according to reports. Manchester United are understood to be willing to accept a £26m loan-to-buy arrangement for the underperforming midfielder.

The stumbling block, however, remains Galatasaray's pursuit of their primary targets. Sources suggest the Turkish club will only intensify their approach to United if they fail to land their priority signings elsewhere, meaning Ugarte's move remains conditional on external factors beyond Old Trafford's control.
