The transfer window drama surrounding Curtis Jones has intensified, with Inter Milan making a concrete move for the Liverpool midfielder even as the Reds dig in their heels.

However, Liverpool's inner circle has made their position abundantly clear. Senior figures at Anfield have informed journalists that Jones remains a valued squad member with no intention of sanctioning significant departures at this crucial juncture of the season. The club views their transfer business as concluded and is unwilling to strip Arne Slot of options as the campaign enters its decisive phase.

While Gazzetta dello Sport claimed Jones himself has requested to leave, the Reds appear unmoved by such overtures. With their season at a pivotal moment, Liverpool are holding firm against Inter's advances.
