England's World Cup build-up continues on American soil this weekend as Thomas Tuchel's side welcomes New Zealand to the Raymond James Stadium for a pre-tournament friendly.

The encounter marks only the third meeting between the nations' men's teams, with England's previous victories coming during a pair of friendlies back in June 1991.

The Draw

England have been handed Croatia, Ghana and Panama in their World Cup group, whilst New Zealand must navigate a trickier assignment against Belgium, Egypt and Iran.

Kick-Off and Coverage

Saturday's match gets underway at 9pm BST on June 6, with ITV1 providing live coverage from 8.15pm onwards. Radio listeners can tune into BBC Radio 5 Live or talkSPORT for full commentary.

England's Team Situation

The Gunners contingent of Declan Rice, Noni Madueke, Eberechi Eze and Bukayo Saka have been granted additional recovery time following their Champions League final involvement and will sit this one out.

Dean Henderson, who featured in Crystal Palace's Conference League final triumph over Rayo Vallecano, has also been afforded rest but is expected to rejoin training during the week.

Tuchel has supplemented his World Cup squad with Alex Scott, Rio Ngumoha, Josh King, Ethan Nwaneri and Jason Steele in the Florida training camp, all of whom could feature as the manager carefully manages workload for several senior figures.

Tino Livramento missed Newcastle's final five league matches through a thigh problem but was deemed fit enough to participate in England's opening training session.

New Zealand's Preparations

The All Whites have already tested themselves in a pre-tournament friendly, though suffered a heavy 4-0 defeat to Haiti. Midfielder Ryan Thomas sat out that encounter nursing a hamstring injury and has been ruled out of the England clash, whilst Joe Bell, sidelined with a calf complaint, may yet return for some playing time.

Chris Wood, New Zealand's skipper, endured an injury-riddled campaign at Nottingham Forest but has confirmed his fitness ahead of the tournament.

The Betting Market

England sit 81 places ahead of New Zealand in FIFA's rankings and are installed as 2/13 favourites. The visitors are priced at 20/1 with the draw available at 11/1.

The Outlook

England will be keen to secure victory after recent draws with Uruguay and a loss to Japan. Backing England to win by three goals or more at 5/4 looks appealing, whilst England/England in the Half-Time/Full-Time market at 4/7 is worth considering given New Zealand's tendency to trail at the interval in three of their last five outings. Should Tuchel shuffle his pack after the break, the first half could prove the most prolific at 11/5.
