Saka's Signature Boots Get a Fresh Look as Arsenal Chase Glory

Bukayo Saka is about to step out in some rather eye-catching new footwear as Arsenal make their bid for Premier League silverware and the England international prepares for the 2026 World Cup.

The Arsenal winger has long been synonymous with New Balance's Furon Elite FG, a boot engineered specifically for pacey wide players requiring stability through rapid directional shifts. But Saka's relationship with the brand goes deeper than most—he's got his own custom iteration, the '7egacy' Furon Elite, complete with a pattern he helped design alongside New Balance's team and his number seven emblazoned on the heel.

That particular boot only hit the market in December, and Saka will be relying on it to help fire Arsenal towards a maiden league title this season.

Now New Balance has unveiled a striking new addition to the range: a pure white 'whiteout' version that strips the design down to its bare essentials. It's a sleek, minimalist affair and marks the first time the Furon has appeared in this colourway. Priced at £200, it's available now.

One white boot clearly wasn't enough. The brand has also launched a white and gold rendition of its 442 Elite Knit FG V3 First Edition, aimed at harder playing surfaces and ideal for those rock-hard summer pitches. The pearlized sea salt finish paired with gold metallic accents gives it genuine standout appeal against the 442 range's typical black and yellow palette.

This new First Edition harks back to classic boot design—traditional stud configuration married to an ultra-modern lightweight nylon sole plate. At £180, it's pitched as a professional-grade option for semi-pro and amateur players keen to match what the elite wear.

Saka won't be wearing this particular boot himself, though the First Edition could well find its way onto the feet of several world-class operators.

The Arsenal speedster isn't flying solo in his New Balance allegiance. Teammate Eberechi Eze is another Furon devotee, and the brand has attracted plenty of quick-footed talent over the years—USA international Timothy Weah, Raheem Sterling, and former Liverpool stalwart Sadio Mane have all favoured them, drawn to the boot's design philosophy that caters to explosive, rapid-fire players.
