The Arsenal and World Cup icon will take centre stage at 5pm on 17 June for an evening that promises insights into his illustrious career, the summer's football spectacle unfolding across the States, and his take on today's game.

The real draw, though, is the chance to get your hands on some genuinely special football kit and memorabilia. Vieira will oversee a live auction where items start from just 99p, with bidders able to place offers in real-time as each piece comes up for grabs. This is part of eBay's newly launched 'Live' section, which differs from the platform's standard approach by streaming items directly and allowing instant bidding.

The collection reads like a museum's greatest hits. Signed World Cup shirts from the likes of Brazil's Ronaldo, Fabio Cannavaro, and Iker Casillas are all on the block at 99p starting bids.
