PSG Edge Out Arsenal on Penalties After Shoot-Out Heartbreak in Budapest

PSG clung to their Champions League crown following a dramatic penalty shoot-out victory against Arsenal, with the final finishing 1-1 after 120 minutes at the Puskas Arena on Saturday.
