Cornerback
Shaquill Griffin, CB, Seattle Seahawks

Richard Sherman is out of Seattle’s secondary. Cornerback seems to be a pressing need for the Seahawks, but the team seems to have faith that their 2017 Third Rounder, Shaquill Griffin, will take a huge leap in his second year. Griffin started 11 games as a rookie, and was able to hold his own during the season. Griffin gathered more than 50 tackles, and also snagged one interception. The Seahawks will ask Griffin to fill the a big role in the secondary, and I think Griffin will take advantage of his opportunity. Oh, and he is reunited with his brother, Shaquem, on defense. Watch out for Shaquill, and Shaquem, in 2018.
Projected Stats: 67 tackles, 4 interceptions, 12 passed defended
Runner Up: Rashaan Melvin, CB, Oakland Raiders
